WETLAND DELINEATED—27% (approx 300 acres) of 1120 Acres are wetlands, mostly located in northern portion (near Ladson Rd) of north/south road corridor. A smaller section is located in the southern portion of the Park, near Dorchester Rd access.
SOIL TYPES—There are eleven soil types distributed throughout the site, allowing for drainage.
